Are you registering as an immigration or international student? If so, please read the following instructions before registering at an NESD school:

Students will NOT be registered until permission has been gained through this form.
Exception: Coming from Ukraine? Please contact the school for registration instructions in person, or by calling 306-752-2891, or by sending an email to mucc@nesd.ca.
Does your student/family live outside the NESD boundaries or in a different NESD school and bus catchment area - Boundary and Catchment Map - and wish to attend MUCC?
IF so, please complete the NESD Out of Area Attendance Request Form.
Students will not be registered until permission has been gained through this form.
Students living in the MUCC catchment area of the division to do not need to complete this form.

The form may be filled out electronically or manually and either emailed to mucc@nesd.ca or returned to the MUCC main office at 801 Assiniboia Street, Melfort.
Students coming from out of province and registering for grade 10 - 12 classes should come with report cards and/or your high school transcript.
